1. About Us
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website hayksimonyan.com and your participation in the Dev Mastery coaching program ("Program"). The website and Program are operated by Hayk Simonyan IE (Individual Entrepreneur), trading as Dev Mastery, registered in the Republic of Armenia ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing this website or enrolling in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or enrol in the Program.
2. The Program
Dev Mastery is a 180-day online coaching program for mid-level software engineers. The Program includes:
- One-on-one coaching and mentorship sessions with Hayk Simonyan
- Curriculum materials, frameworks, and resources
- Access to the private Dev Mastery community on Skool
- Career strategy support (interview preparation, salary negotiation, positioning)
The specific scope, schedule, and deliverables are agreed upon at enrolment. We reserve the right to modify Program content and delivery format, provided the overall quality and intent remain consistent.
3. Eligibility
The Program is intended for software engineers who are at least 18 years of age. By enrolling, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide during the application process is accurate and complete.
4. Payment
Program fees are charged at the rates presented at the time of enrolment. We offer two payment options:
- One-time payment — full program fee paid upfront at a discounted rate.
- Instalment plan — program fee split into monthly payments as agreed at enrolment.
Payments are processed by Fanbasis, a third-party payment processor. By making a payment you agree to Fanbasis's terms of service. We do not store your payment card details.
If you are on an instalment plan, all scheduled instalments are due regardless of your personal progress through the Program, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in suspension of access.
5. Refunds & Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of the Program and offer a conditional money-back guarantee under the following terms:
Conditional Money-Back Guarantee
If, by the end of the 180-day program period, you have completed all required program work (as defined in the Program materials and communicated by your coach) and you have not landed a new role or received a promotion, you are eligible to request a full refund of the program fee.
To claim the guarantee, you must submit a written request to [email protected] within 14 days of the program end date, along with documentation demonstrating that you completed all required work.
The guarantee does not apply if you did not complete the required program activities, missed scheduled coaching sessions without advance notice, or withdrew from the Program before completion.
Outside of the guarantee above, all sales are final. We do not offer discretionary refunds for partial completion or change of mind.
6. Results Disclaimer
Testimonials, case studies, and income figures presented on this website reflect the experiences of specific individuals and are not typical results. Your outcomes will depend on many factors including your background, skills, effort, market conditions, and employer decisions — all of which are outside our control.
We make no guarantee that you will secure a promotion, a new role, a specific salary increase, or any other financial outcome as a result of participating in the Program. Dev Mastery provides education, mentorship, and frameworks; your results are ultimately your own responsibility.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website and within the Program — including but not limited to curriculum materials, videos, written guides, frameworks, templates, and coaching session recordings — is the exclusive intellectual property of Hayk Simonyan IE.
Your enrolment grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use Program materials for your own professional development. You may not reproduce, share, resell, sublicense, or distribute any Program content without prior written consent from us.
8. Confidentiality
Coaching sessions may involve sensitive career and personal information. We treat this information as confidential and will not share it with third parties except as required by law. We ask that you similarly treat any proprietary frameworks or unpublished content shared with you during the Program as confidential.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use our website or Program for any unlawful purpose
- Share your account access with other individuals
- Misrepresent your identity or qualifications during the application process
- Reproduce or distribute any Program content without permission
- Interfere with the experience of other Program participants
We reserve the right to remove any participant from the Program, without refund, for violation of these terms or conduct detrimental to other participants or to us.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hayk Simonyan IE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or employment opportunities, arising from your participation in the Program or use of this website.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total program fee you paid to us.
11. Third-Party Services
The Program and website make use of third-party platforms including GoHighLevel / Kourse, Google, Vercel, Fanbasis, Skool, Loom, and YouTube. Your use of these platforms is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Armenia.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of this website or the Program after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
