This website (hayksimonyan.com) is operated by Hayk Simonyan IE (Individual Entrepreneur), trading as Dev Mastery, registered in the Republic of Armenia. When this policy says "we," "us," or "our," it refers to Hayk Simonyan IE.

We offer a software engineering coaching program designed to help mid-level engineers advance to senior roles and increase their compensation.

When you submit an application, book a strategy call, or fill in any form on this site, we may collect:

• Your country or region
• Information you voluntarily share in form fields (e.g. current role, goals)

When you visit our website, certain data is collected automatically:

• Pages visited and time spent on them
• Referring URLs and UTM campaign parameters

When you submit an application or book a call, we will contact you by email and phone about that application or booking.

We only send you text (SMS) messages if you tick the separate, optional SMS consent box on our forms. That box is never pre-ticked, and you do not need to tick it to apply, book a call, or buy anything from us.

You can stop emails at any time with the unsubscribe link in any email, or by contacting us at [email protected].

4a. SMS / Text Messaging

If you opt in to Dev Mastery SMS, we use your mobile number to send you messages about your inquiry, booked-call confirmations and reminders, and occasional program updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.
